Shipping and Handling

After your order is successfully placed, we will notify the artisan/studio and will send you a confirmation email with the expected production and delivery timeline for your order. The artisans we work with don't typically carry inventory so your items will be carefully handmade to order, and after passing careful quality inspection will be shipped to you directly by the artisan.

Depending on the specific items you've ordered, production time takes anywhere from couple of days to up to three weeks. Domestic shipping takes 2-4 days, and international shipping takes 4-14 days.

We provide FREE standard shipping. We use shipping services that offer tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Customer is fully responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties related to an order.

Returns

Your satisfaction and shopping experience are very important to us. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase we will be happy to rectify the problem or refund your purchase in full. 

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Sent back to us within 3 days of receipt 
  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Have a valid RMA
  • Sent back using the original package they were delivered in

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges, and we encourage the use of shipping services that offer tracking information and insurance. 

In the case an item arrived faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
